Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that returns sponsored results. Our servers do not retain a separate search-history copy. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to address your message.
Technical Data Collected
Our hosting systems may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and visit times in standard server logs. Aggregated logs help maintain the site and show which resources are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic traffic analysis and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Information
Limited visitor data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Temecula, Riverside County, and California government portals, library resources, and outside search tools. Each destination applies its own privacy terms to information submitted there. A third party also supplies the sponsored search results, so that provider's policy governs its forms and results.
When Data May Be Shared
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us, while analytics or advertising providers may receive the technical data noted above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it. Visitor data is not otherwise shared by us.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Because visitors do not create accounts, we hold no site password or member profile for them.
Visitors Under Age 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor appears to have submitted personal data so it can be removed.
California Privacy Choices
The California Consumer Privacy Act gives eligible residents rights that include knowing about, deleting, and opting out of certain uses of personal information, subject to exceptions. Because we keep little visitor data, a request normally means checking our contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Public records maintained by Temecula, Riverside County, or California agencies are not under our control, so a correction or removal request for those records must go to the responsible custodian.
Changes to This Policy
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the site after an update takes effect signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
